Allie Bethany Clifton was a college basketball player and sports journalist. Clifton is currently the pregame TV host of Los Angeles Lakers games on Spectrum SportsNet. Previously, she worked as an assistant reporter for Fox Sports Ohio for Cleveland Cavaliers. Allie Clifton currently is in her fifth year as the Los Angeles Lakers reporter at Spectrum Sports Net. The last years of his life, Clifton was able to support himself and his wife Joan who passed away in January 1990 as a cabdriver from Chicago. He was the father of four girls. Nancy Wilson was the first child of six. Nancy was heavily influenced by her father's taste in music and the records that were played in her family home.
